We are located in Seattle, Washington
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
No, We are now just an online store. We have found it to be more environmentally friendly to warehouse our products and ship them directly to your home.
How long does shipping usually take?
Depending on where you live in the world anywhere from 3 to 20 days.
Do you ship items to my country?
We do deliver worldwide, however, some countries are not available, you can find out once at the checkout.
What if I do not receive my item?
If you have not received your order within 30 days. Please contact us at swellfurnishings@gmail.com and we will look into your tracking information and follow up. You will receive a tracking number with most orders so you can see exactly where your order is. We give full refunds if you do not receive your order.
What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item, can I return it?
Yes, Please let us know via email ASAP we can then change your order before it is shipped from our warehouse. Once it has left our warehouse you just need to ship it back and you will receive a full refund or new item.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 180-day free return policy we pay for the return postage. Send an email to swellfurnishings@gmail.com indicating your product order number and the reason for the return and we will happily assist you with the return.
